Wigs and Toupees

I really want to know what he looks like under that thing. I’ve tried just yanking it off but that doesnt seem to work well and he says it hurts. Is there some kind of solvent I can splash on his head to take it off? Its stuck on there with surgical glue.

If head wear is expected to be removed during the national anthem, do people who wear toupee’s have to remove them to, if not, why? They are head wear to, just because you’re bald doesn’t mean you should get away with this.

okay I’m bald. and I’m loosing hair fast. and I’m tired of wearing hat. and there are sometimes when I have to go to parties and can’t wear hats. so I’m thinking about getting a wig? or toupee? and I’m doing some homework on them? what’s the difference between wig and toupee? and how do you use them?

and where can I buy them from? and some things I need to know..

I think toupee is a small wig – literally, in French it means "frange". So yes, I would agree with the users that tell you that it is for frontal baldness. Wig covers the whole head and can be big. I am replying from Greece, so I cannot suggest to you sites. Just look for it in Google. By the way, in Greece "wig" applies to both sexes.
As for using, well, you just wear them! Of course, you can also do hair impantation.
Finally, I know many girls who like shaved heads!

I bought a toupee at a thrift thrift shop but whoever wore it before me had a big head. It tends to flip to one side or when it’s windy it blows off my head. If I try taking it in by sewing, will it ruin the hair style?

What I would do is add loops along the inner edge then measure your head with elastic. Once you have the appropriate comfortable/ secure fit, lace it through the loops and sew the ends.

Seems like a lot of the BBC staff wear them. I’ve also seen some politicians from the UK who have strangely thick hair on top of their heads. Some older pop stars also have ‘the clump’ on their heads too.

Nobody wears toupees over there, because it’s too windy.

The only people who do are the ones who are out of the country most of the time – Elton John, Patrick Stewart, The Spice Girls, etc.

Plus, of course, nobody could possibly compete with the King of Toupees, Donald Trump.
