I don't wear any of that and I don't know any dark skin black women that wear any of that besides the weaves part. As for the weaves, a lot of black and other races of women in general use them to make their hair thicker. Get your facts straight. Go on youtube right now and type in beautiful Black women and you will find countless videos of dark skinned women who don't look anything like what you described.
